for vegetarians

Having difficulty finding a vegetarian option in the morning?
As much as we take great pride in our traditional Japanese cuisine, we know that for travelers from different cultural backgrounds, there are so many rice balls and pickled vegetables you can take every morning.

Here at Kinco, we serve 2 different kinds of western-style vegetarian breakfast from 8-11am.
Using a lot of fresh local produce from Shikoku/Setouchi area, we bake our own bread, toast granola, make jams & dips that are not only vegetarian/vegan friendly, but equally satisfying for non-vegetarians.

Breakfast Set A consists of:
Sunny-side Up*
Homemade Bread Roll
Seasonal Fruit Jam
Hummus (Chick-pea Paste)
Green Salad with homemade dressing
Fruit Juice(apple/orange/grapefruit) or Sparkling Water
*Vegan Option available

Breakfast Set B consists of:
Homemade Granola with Milk/Soy/Yoghurt
Green Salad with homemade dressing
Fruit Juice(apple/orange/grapefruit) or Sparkling Water

We list all our ingredients on site.
Orders by cafe visitors* are welcome, not to mention our hostel guests!
*Cafe is closed on Mondays for outside visitors: not applicable for hostel guests
